This specialized course provides corporate and private sector personnel with essential emergency medical training to respond effectively during critical incidents such as active assailant events, workplace violence, or other mass casualty situations. Participants will learn life-saving skills focused on immediate trauma care, including bleeding control, airway management, and the use of tourniquets and trauma kits—based on principles from Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC). Emphasizing rapid assessment, prioritization, and response under stress, this course focuses on three of the leading causes of death in trauma situations:  Massive Hemorrhaging, Airway Compromise, and Tension Pneumothorax.  This hands-on training empowers non-medical staff to stabilize victims until professional responders arrive. By enhancing preparedness and resilience, this course helps organizations create safer, more responsive environments during high-risk emergencies.
